Kimberly specializes in anxiety management, executive functioning skills building, social skills training, trauma processing, and fostering overall resiliency throughout life adjustments. Her therapeutic approach is centered around the interests and strengths of individual clients. Kimberly regularly blends play, art, and other expressive activities into sessions in order to promote a fun, safe environment while strengthening mental health as a team.
A note from Kimberly: I consider it an honor to be part of a team that cheers on youth on their journey towards personal growth. As we uncover the steps to achieving goals together, I firmly believe that all children need to feel like the captain of their team. My gameplan with clients consists of three main strategies: shine a light on inner strengths, practice skills that spark positive change, and rally the child’s biggest fans so they can celebrate successes along the way. The winning combination of active support and fun engagement during our time together will allow children to feel empowered as they show off their best versions of themselves. I look forward to joining your team!
